Linconomy as a Gamechanger: Peder Bay-Jensen’s Journey Towards the Future of Wealth Management

Peder Bay-Jensen brings years of experience from the financial sector, having developed a strong understanding of products and concepts for private customers during his extensive tenure at Lån & Spar Bank and a period at Saxo Bank. His work has always centred around meeting customers’ needs for advice, clarity, and understanding of their personal finances. In 2012, Peder transitioned into self-employment and now works as an investor and board member across multiple companies. At an investor summit in April 2023, Peder was introduced to Linconomy. With his background in the financial industry and as a user of private banking services, he was pleasantly surprised by what Linconomy could offer. As a wealth owner, Peder has access to exclusive wealth advisory services. However, he often finds traditional tools and systems insufficient to overview his investments and wealth comprehensively. Focus on Overview and Risk Management For Peder, Linconomy has become a game-changer in his daily wealth management. The platform offers a consolidated view of all his assets and liabilities, ranging from real estate and unlisted stocks to data integrated from available sources. This streamlines his investments and provides a clear picture of his overall risk and return opportunities. “Linconomy gives me the comprehensive risk profile and total overview I’ve always missed. I know where I stand and can focus on optimizing my investments with my advisors.” As an investor, Peder is particularly impressed by how Linconomy differentiates itself from other solutions in the market. “My knowledge of the industry has made it clear to me that there is no tool like Linconomy—accessible to both the user and their advisor. Banks could really benefit from using this tool.” From User to Investor and Chairman of the Board Peder sees significant potential in Linconomy’s solution in Denmark and internationally. In November 2024, he was appointed Chairman of the company’s board and now plays a key role in its strategic development. With Open Banking reforms on the horizon in Europe in 2025 and growing demand among affluent Danes for better, digital overviews of their wealth, Peder sees a unique opportunity to scale Linconomy. “Linconomy is not just a tool for private users. It’s a platform that can transform the advisory industry by making data collection and wealth overviews far more efficient. This is the future of wealth management.”
